Indica, or indica-dominant strains, are known as the strains that send us into a state of body-mind bliss. They provide an experience that can reduce tension, wherever it may be. You may find your centre balancing, your senses honing in, and a soft sense of clarity lifting your state of being. If you’re on your own but hoping to do more than veg out, indicas have been known to pair well with meditation techniques. An indica-dominant strain that is high in THC can stimulate the mind while bringing awareness to the breath.
